1Agreement to Terms

By accessing the True North POS website or purchasing Clover equipment through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Province of Ontario.

2Services and Equipment

True North POS is an authorized reseller of Clover payment processing services and hardware.

  • Hardware Sales: All POS systems are subject to manufacturer warranties provided by Clover/Fiserv.
  • Service Agreements: Merchant processing services are governed by the specific Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) signed during the onboarding process.

3Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of True North POS or its licensors (including Clover/Fiserv) and is protected by copyright laws.

4Accessibility Commitment (AODA)

5Limitation of Liability

True North POS provides equipment and facilitates processing services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, hardware failure, or third-party processing errors.

6Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

7Promotions

Any promotional pricing, promotional statement credits or "first month free" offers are subject to specific terms at the time of signing and may require a minimum service term. Terms and condtions apply. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Call for full promotion details, availability and applicability.
